ANTON ZEISS, M. D., of Sheboygan, was born in Landshut, Bavaria, Germany, September 6, 1858.  He received a thorough literary education at the gymnasium of his native city.  His medical education was obtained at Ludwig Maximilian University, in Munich, he being a student of that famous institution from 1879 to 1884, when he was graduated, receiving the degree of M. D.  After completing the course, he practiced in the university for some time.

In 1888 the Doctor emigrated to the United States, coming directly to Sheboygan, where he at once engaged in the practice of his profession.  He was married in Germany, just before coming to America, to Miss Ida Eyrich.

The Doctor is liberally educated, having had the advantages which the best schools of his native land afforded.  He has a large and growing practice.
